An Audience with RBWM 

On Friday 15th October 2021 the Chamber hosted a virtual “An Audience with RBWM” event. Chamber Members and the Chamber Executive Committee met with Cllr Andrew Johnson, Leader of RBWM and Executive Director of Place Andrew Durrant (who represented Duncan Sharkey). The event was open to anyone who lived in the RBWM but only members of the Chamber were allowed to submit questions in advance. 
 
The event covered topics on education, update on local planning, Maidenhead Golf Club, COVID, RBWM Budgets and news on the advantage card.

The 2019 Maidenhead and Windsor Business Awards 

The Maidenhead and Windsor Business Awards 2019 were held at The Holiday Inn, Maidenhead on Friday 27th September 
 
Richard Parker, Client Services Director at Lane4 Management Group presented the Awards and gave a fascinating insight into how Team GB was transformed for the last two Olympic Games and how he now uses his skills in elite sport coaching to deliver business success.

An Audience with The Rt Honourable Theresa May MP 

On Friday 10th September 2021 members of the Chamber, Executive Committee and special guests met with The Rt Honourable Theresa May MP for a Q & A session via video conference. 
 
A wide range of local, national and international issues were discussed including the DWP Kickstart scheme in Maidenhead, the shortage of qualified truck drivers, the new social care plan as well as immigration and the withdrawal from Afghanistan 
 
The Q & A session was very informative and a fantastic opportunity for our members to hear from our local MP directly.
